In order to provide our services and operate the www.didit.cz website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).
A. Data processing in case of using the contact form or enquiry by e-mail
If you enquire about our services, we will work with your contact details that you write to us. These are: your name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, your requirements or questions, or any other data you leave us in your enquiry.

We will contact you through them for our further arrangement.
On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – contract negotiation and performance.
How long will we process the personal data?
Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 6 months from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data in case you order our services
If you order a service from us, we will work with the data you fill in the order. These are mainly billing data: name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone number, details of the service you are ordering and we are to arrange, or details about you that you provide to us. This is all so that we can provide you with the service.
For what reason?
We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract – to provide you with our services. We will also communicate with you via your contact details. We will also process personal data to fulfil our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to deal with complaints and other purposes).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with legal obligations.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of the provision of the service and thereafter for 10 years from the last provision of the service or delivery of the product. Please be aware that we may pass your data on – to providers of the services you enquire about through us. This is necessary in order to fulfil our service, and the eventual performance of the service by those suppliers. However, these are separate data controllers and we only pass personal data to them to the extent necessary to fulfil our service.
C. Newsletters
If you subscribe to our newsletter or are a client of ours and have not opted out, we will use your email address to send you our newsletter.
On what legal basis?
In the case of newsletter subscriptions, the processing is based on your consent, i.e. Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. If you are a customer, this is permitted by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you have prohibited us from doing so. Consent is voluntary and revocable at any time.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling in our work with personal data. The GDPR gives you the right, among other things, to contact us and ask for information about what personal data we process about you, to request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or to request a restriction on processing, you can request a copy of the personal data we process, request that we delete your personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. Consents granted are revocable at any time and you can object to processing on the basis of legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or take your claims to court.
