Gabriel is a successful lawyer. He’s got a great career, a cute daughter, a nice apartment on Letna Street. He also has a problem. A spoiled gecko named Linda.
He contacted us with a poorly concealed hope in his voice: “Could you look after Linda for me?”
At first we thought it was a twig, because the description was:
– Cute.
– spoiled.
– can’t eat on her own.
– she likes to be held
– needs responsible care
After some conversation, we found out that she has four legs and is spotted, so Gabriel and I agreed that she could go traveling for a week.
We made friends with Linda, learned to use tweezers to feed crickets up to her mouth, and now we’re just looking forward to Gabriel’s next business trip.
